XBook is the complete booking, resource, and price‑management system for PrestaShop. It combines a clean user interface with a powerful timeline, automated rules, and a modern workflow for any industry.

Resources can be created with capacities, age groups, images, equipment, address, and SEO data. Age groups, equipment, platforms, and booking statuses are defined centrally to ensure that analytics in the dashboard remain precise and structured.

Bookings are created in four steps: select the period, display available resources, review the price overview including age groups and discounts, enter guest data, and set the status. All inputs remain saved even when navigating back and forth between the steps.

The timeline displays all resources with image and name. Price manager, price rules, mass discounts, check‑in/out, notes, ICS sync, and block periods open as popups and can be applied directly. Bookings can be moved via drag‑and‑drop as long as capacity and pricing logic allow it. ICS import and export automatically synchronize external calendars.

The Invoice Creator enables custom invoices via drag & drop. The dashboard shows check‑ins, check‑outs, active guests, notes, occupancy, platform statistics, and internal notices.

All features are reflected in the front office and are presented in a modern way within the premium template for guests. XBook is ideal for vacation rentals, studios, practices, event rooms, hotels, and all other time‑based resources.
